Excellent free program to retouch photos that lets you repair and improve these photos that don´t turn out quite right (red eye, badly framed, lack of light, etc).



With Photoscape you can resize, clear up, adjust the colour, adjust the white balance, add speech bubbles, add text, among other things.



The application also lets the user see their photo folders in slideshows.
